Terms of Use — Aerologs

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Aerologs ("Aerologs," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Lemonpot Inc. By downloading, accessing, or using the Aerologs mobile app, web application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Aerologs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Aerologs is a mobile and web application designed to help aircraft owners, mechanics, flight schools, and operators scan, organize, search, and share aviation maintenance logbooks and related documents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to read and extract information from logbook photos, including dates, flight hours, maintenance descriptions, Airworthiness Directive references, signatures, and other entries.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of the Service.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account

To use most features of Aerologs, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Sign-in methods

Aerologs supports Sign in with Apple, Google authentication, and email/password sign-in. When using a third-party sign-in provider, you are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. We do not store third-party account passwords.

Account security

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Current plans

Starter: $9.99 per month — includes 1 aircraft, essential scanning features, and AI chat credits.

Pro: $29.99 per month — includes up to 5 aircraft, up to 5 team members, advanced AI features, and additional monthly AI credits.

Fleet: Custom pricing for organizations with unlimited aircraft, unlimited team members, and dedicated support. Contact our sales team for details.

Payment and renewals

For subscriptions purchased through the Aerologs iOS app, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Pricing changes

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect on your next renewal date after we provide notice through the app or by email.

5. Free Trial

Aerologs may offer a free trial period for new subscribers from time to time. When a free trial is available, it will begin when you confirm your subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

6. AI Credits

Certain AI-powered operations, including scanning pages and asking questions in AI chat, consume AI credits. Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits. Additional credits may be purchased within the app if you exceed your included allocation.

Unused credits may not roll over from month to month unless otherwise stated. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. User Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, documents, logbook data, and other content you upload or create using Aerologs ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Aerologs

By uploading User Content, you grant Aerologs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the Service. This license includes the right to use third-party AI and cloud processing providers under confidentiality obligations.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content you provide through the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or aviation authority requirement
Upload content you do not have the right to use or share
Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with another user's account or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without authorization
Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your Aerologs account at any time from within the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your account information, logbook data, photos, documents, and sharing permissions from our active systems within a reasonable period.

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping purposes as required by applicable law. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

10. Intellectual Property

Aerologs, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Lemonpot Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the Service as permitted here.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Aerologs uses artificial intelligence to extract data from logbook images. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-extracted data is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before using it for maintenance, regulatory, insurance, or operational decisions.

Aerologs is not an official aircraft maintenance recordkeeping system. The Service is intended as a digital aid and organization tool. It does not replace official maintenance logs, regulatory records, or certified documentation required by aviation authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AEROLOGS, LEMONPOT INC., AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Aerologs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
